Isolate

A PUGL process technology applied at the film formation stage of the dipping line — the stage immediately after the polymer dip, where the glove film is laid down and set.

Where it sits

Isolate is one of PUGL's three products, alongside Fusion Agent and PUD 9088, and it is organized the same way: by the stage of the line it acts on. Film formation is the stage where the glove itself is created, immediately after the polymer dip, and it governs film uniformity, thickness distribution and the defect population that inspection eventually catches.

The three products act at different points on the line. Fusion Agent acts before the glove exists, at former preparation and the coagulant. PUD 9088 determines what the film is made of. Isolate acts at the point where that film forms. A line can run them together rather than choosing between them, and each one is assessed on its own terms.

Evaluating it on your line

The same way we approach every PUGL technology: against your own numbers rather than a published average. A Factory Performance Assessment models your current cost per thousand gloves and where an upgrade at each stage changes it — your polymer system, your utility costs, your line configuration.

Specifications, handling requirements and supply terms are covered directly with our technical team.
