About

A process technology company for glove manufacturing.

Not a chemical supplier that happens to sell into glove factories. The stage of the line is what we work on; chemistry is one of the instruments we use to change it.

Why we exist

A glove line is a sequence of about a dozen stages, and most of them have not been seriously reconsidered in thirty years.

Former cleaning is the clearest example. Acid and caustic wash the formers, cycle after cycle, and the cost of that one decision spreads outward — into pitted formers, corroded tanks and pipework, effluent load, rinse water, downtime for cleaning, and the pinholes that pitted surfaces produce. Because it is normal, almost none of it is counted as the cost of cleaning.

PUGL exists to count it, and then to change it. We take a production line apart on paper, identify the stages carrying more cost than they earn, and engineer technology that removes, simplifies or replaces them. Then we prove it in production — on the customer's line, in the customer's numbers, before they commit.

Fusion Agent is the first technology this method produced. Isolate and PUD 9088 followed, each acting at a different stage of the line. Between them they are the whole of what PUGL sells — and the method that produced them is what points at the next one.

The name

PUGL began as Polyurethane Gloves. The company outgrew the name, so we redefined it: Process Upgrades for Glove Lines. It describes what the business actually does now, and it sets the standard we hold ourselves to — every technology has to earn its place on a production line by improving how that line performs.

Leadership

Engineering, operations and commercial discipline in one team.

PUGL combines executive leadership, polymer science, hands-on glove manufacturing experience and financial discipline in one small team. That mix is deliberate: a process upgrade has to be technically sound, operationally practical and economically provable before a factory will run it.

Partners & global reach

US engineering. Regional technical support.

PUGL is headquartered in Peachtree Corners, Georgia. In Southeast Asia we work with Excelkos-Tiarco Sdn. Bhd. as our exclusive distribution and technical partner, covering Malaysia / Southeast Asia. North American partnerships are in development.

How inquiries are handled

Every inquiry, assessment and trial request is received and qualified by PUGL directly, wherever it originates. Regional partners then handle supply and on-site technical support. We are explicit about this for two reasons: you deal directly with the people who built the technology, and the engineering relationship stays consistent across territories.

Partnership inquiries

We are actively developing distribution and technical partnerships in North America and selected other markets. If you have technical service capability in a glove manufacturing region, we would like to talk.
